2016 was a great year for Help Desk Cavalry, filled with growth and new opportunities. The Help Desk Cavalry family has expanded with the addition of several new employees. We have welcomed our new service coordinator Kim Branner, our project team has been improved by the presence of Peter Santerre, and Help Desk Cavalry’s system administration department has welcomed Stuart Boyle into their ranks.

We celebrated our three year business anniversary in 2016, and with that came some changes! HDCav adjusted our surroundings a little during the year with the addition of a new office space adjoining the main Help Desk space. Our project team can now work closer to our Help Desk and share information easier. February of 2016 also marks the first edition of the HDCav Bugle newsletter which we are excited to continue into the new year as a way of keeping in touch with all of our associates.
