Steffanie Bishop is the ConnectWise PSA Administrator at Help Desk Cavalry, bringing over a decade of expertise in the IT service industry. She spent 11 years at ConnectWise, working across support, education, and consulting teams, as well as three years in operations at another managed service provider (MSP). Her deep understanding of professional services automation and IT operations makes her a valuable asset to the team. Steffanie firmly believes that “you will never regret an act of kindness,” a principle that guides both her professional and personal life.

Currently residing in Florida, Steffanie now enjoys life with her cat, Broomstick. In her free time, she finds balance through yoga and actively participates in her church community, helping to coordinate talent shows, music presentations, and holiday programs for the children’s auxiliary. She is passionate about lifting others up, whether through mentorship, education, or simple acts of kindness that make a difference in someone’s day. While she hasn’t visited Kitsap County yet, she appreciates its proximity to Seattle and looks forward to getting to know the area and it’s beauty.
