Kim Branner, a familiar name for those who call into Help Desk Cavalry.  Kim has been an integral part our team as our service coordinator since July 2016.  Through her commitment and dedication to the success of our clients and staff Kim has propelled herself into our Communications and Relations Management position.  This position allows Kim to apply her fifteen plus years of customer service and management experience to improve and streamline processes ensuring client requests run smoothly and accurately.  Kim enjoys a good challenge and learning new things. She is always hands on and stands ready to address any need or request making it her mission to improve communications and client experience.  Kim spends her free time with her dogs, family, and playing video games. She has played in several Major League Gaming (MLG) tournaments for Call of Duty 3 & 4 and continues to play with her teammates on a regular basis. Kim enjoys spending time with friends and has wonderful way of relating to others which she utilizes on a daily basis.
