Help Desk Technician

Curtis Rencowski is a Help Desk Technician at HDCav who brings more than two decades of real world IT experience and a lifelong passion for technology to the team. Growing up in Gig Harbor and Port Orchard, Curtis was introduced to the tech world early through his father’s work with Fujitsu and IBM, sparking an interest that became a career. He officially began his professional journey in 2000 as a Technical Support Representative for Dell and has since worked across multiple levels of IT support and leadership. Today, he enjoys staying hands on, helping clients solve problems while delivering dependable, responsive service.
Outside the office, Curtis is all about cars and community. He enjoys working on engines and vehicle electronics and is an active member of the Kitsap Subie Crew car club. He is a proud father of four — Drake, Adeline, Kianna, and Maiya — and enjoys his time at home with his ShihTzu/LhasaApso, Wilson. After briefly living in New York, Curtis returned home with a deeper appreciation for the Pacific Northwest and the community he is proud to serve.
