IT Service Technician
Jesse Fletcher brings energy, curiosity, and a deep commitment to growth to his role as an IT Service Technician at Help Desk Cavalry. Originally from the Bay Area, Jesse now calls the Pacific Northwest home and appreciates how Kitsap County offers the best of both worlds, quick access to city life and endless opportunities to explore the outdoors. Family and connection matter deeply to him. He lives with his partner Samantha and shares life with two dogs and a red footed tortoise, creating a home that is always full of personality and balance. Jesse lives by the advice to never be afraid to ask questions or fail, believing that both are essential to learning, adapting, and moving forward with confidence.
Jesse’s background in IT is built on hands on experience, formal education, and a passion for continuous improvement. He has supported both Windows and macOS environments, troubleshot a wide range of technical issues, and worked in live production settings, all while pursuing a bachelor’s degree in cybersecurity. Outside of work, Jesse stays active through boxing, running, and time outdoors, and has recently leaned into his creative side by learning digital art and Adobe tools. Alongside his fiancé, he is building a small venture called Signal Bloom Studios, blending photography, design, and web creation. What excites Jesse most about HDCav is being part of a team that encourages learning and supports growth, making each day an opportunity to sharpen skills, solve problems, and contribute in meaningful ways.
