Jamie Eckstrom brings warmth, reliability, and a people first mindset to her role as a Data Entry Operator at Help Desk Cavalry. A Poulsbo native, Jamie has deep roots in the community and a genuine love for the natural beauty that surrounds Kitsap County. Family is the heart of everything she does. She and her husband share a lively household with five children ranging in age from 11 to 27, along with two young grandchildren who keep life full and joyful. Jamie believes in finding humor in everyday moments and lives by the advice, “Do not take life too seriously. You will never get out of it alive,” a reminder she carries into both her work and personal life.

While Jamie has not worked directly in the IT industry, her career has always been closely connected to technology through hands on problem solving and teamwork. Outside of work, Jamie enjoys reading, camping, wheeling, and diving into creative projects whenever she can. She supports organizations close to her heart, including M.E.N.D. and the Alzheimer’s Association, and values being part of a workplace where everyone feels welcomed and supported. What excites Jamie most about HDCav is the sense of community and comfort she feels from the team, making each day something she genuinely looks forward to.
