Kimberly Brys

Director of Operations

Kimberly Brys brings more than 25 years of experience in customer service, leadership, and operations management to Help Desk Cavalry. Since joining HDCav in 2016, Kim has grown alongside the company, serving in multiple leadership roles before stepping into her current position as Director of Operations.

Known for her people-first approach, Kim is passionate about building strong relationships with both clients and team members while helping create systems and processes that allow businesses, and people, to thrive. She believes technology should remove roadblocks, not create them, and works closely with the HDCav team to ensure clients feel supported, heard, and cared for every step of the way.

Kim plays a key role in operational strategy, client engagement, team development, and company culture, helping guide HDCav’s continued growth throughout Kitsap County and the Pacific Northwest. Her leadership style focuses on accountability, communication, and creating an environment where both clients and employees can succeed together.

Outside of work, Kim enjoys spending time with her family, supporting her community, and continuing to help build the kind of company people are proud to be part of.
