Kim Brys plays a vital role at HDCav as our Director of Client Engagement. Known and trusted by many of our clients, Kim has built her reputation through years of dedication, exceptional service, and a deep commitment to both client and team success. Since joining HDCav, she has grown through a series of service-focused roles, ultimately stepping into a leadership position where she now oversees our client relationships and ensures we’re delivering not just IT solutions—but true partnership.

With over 20 years of experience in customer service and management, Kim brings a hands-on approach to every interaction. She’s passionate about creating smooth, responsive communication between our team and the clients we serve, and she’s always ready to jump in and help wherever needed.

Outside of work, Kim enjoys time with her tight-knit “zoo” of pets and her beloved family and friends. Her natural ability to connect with others shines both in and out of the office.
