Jeffrey Kelly

Jeffrey has been with Help Desk Cavalry (HDCav) nearly since its inception. Starting as a Service Technician, he advanced to Systems Administrator and now leads the Business Operations Team. With over three decades in IT, including running his own support business, Jeffrey brings extensive expertise to HDCav. Known for his professionalism, grace, and sense of humor, he adeptly handles challenging issues and provides sound advice to his coworkers.

Jeffrey has a keen interest in science fiction and enjoys watching baseball and football. As an avid Seahawks fan, his desk proudly displays memorabilia celebrating the team’s achievements, and he never misses a game.
