Technical Support Specialist

Carl is a perfect fit as one of our Technical Support Specialists with a varied background that gives him clever perspectives on solving problem. Working in IT roles and environments since 2012, Carl has a passion for new technology and loves learning how to apply to it to solve problems in new ways (particularly around automation and process improvements). But that doesn’t stop him from appreciating some of the more traditional processes, like developing film by hand in his kitchen. Carl grew up in Seattle, but he prefers the relative quiet and pace of life in Kitsap. Not to mention the endless outdoor opportunities like hiking and sailing. He lives in Poulsbo with his wife, two dogs, and two cats.

Carl’s favorite piece of advice is to remember that perception is truth. Great words to live by for someone with exceptional support skills!
