IT Service Technician

Andy is one of our excellent Help Desk Technicians, moving from Miami, FL to join us in Bremerton. He has a dog back home that he misses dearly, but overall enjoys the relaxed pace of Kitsap County and its people. He spends his free time reading and enjoying time with friends.

Andy’s background is perfectly suited to helping our clients achieve their everyday goals and users be productive as possible. Previously, he worked for Spirit Airlines in their HDQ and Operations Center. Here he supported the entire department, focusing on Identity Access Management as well as onboarding and offboarding. He then worked for JetBlue Airways at the Fort Lauderdale Airport providing end user support to local and international users while visiting stations across South America. On top of all this, Andy is also CompTIA A+, Project+, and Net+ certified.
